The D.El.Ed programme is an innovative programme for the professional development of primary/elementary school teachers. The programme is self-instructional, and has been developed by the school faculty and a highly experienced group of teacher educators. The programme is recognized by NCTE vide letter No. & date, - F.84-12/2011/NCTE/Acad/A47844 dtd Feb 22, 2020.
Untrained teachers teaching in permanent positions at the primary/elementary level with a teaching experience of 2 years or above. The applicant should have passed 10 + 2 examination with a minimum of 50 % (percent) marks (as per NCTE norms).
